These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website lggraniteandmarble.com and your engagement of services provided by LG Granite & Marble Countertops LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Newark, New Jersey. By accessing our website or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

LG Granite & Marble Countertops LLC provides granite countertop installation, marble countertop installation, tile flooring, and related stone installation services in Newark, NJ and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a written estimate and signed agreement prior to commencement.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided by LG Granite & Marble are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the visit. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in the service agreement for each project. A deposit may be required before fabrication begins. Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless other arrangements are made in writing. We reserve the right to pause work if payment obligations are not met.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or text message) at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. If a slab has been fabricated to custom dimensions for your project, cancellation fees may apply to cover material and labor costs incurred.

5. Warranties

LG Granite & Marble Countertops LLC warrants our workmanship against defects in installation for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. This warranty covers labor only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or acts of nature. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

Stone materials (granite, marble, tile) are natural products subject to inherent variation. Color, veining, and surface characteristics unique to natural stone are not considered defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LG Granite & Marble Countertops LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.
